This helps keep the tenant from being inconvenienced or without needed services for functionality.
When repairs are needed for any issue, only a professional in that field will be dispatched to the property assuring quality workmanship. Follow-up of the work after completion is documented by photos for you to view as well as comments from the vendor will be available for you to communicate with keeping you in touch with the progress and decisions.
Make-Ready and Remodel:
When its time to transition from one tenant to another we have Make-Ready Professionals for a smooth and timely transition between tenants. It is always easier to lease a home when it is clean and attractive and ready to move into.
Transaction Transparency:
Owners have a portal to the accounting system for transparency of maintenance and accounting for each property. We know that it is your hard earned money and we make an effort to make sure owners know exactly what has occurred and at what cost on the rental property.

These properties often command a slightly higher rental rate on a temporary basis than a traditional lease.
